Two firms, two lines of work. I work through two companies. KOADVISE is a chartered accountancy firm registered with the Ordre des experts-comptables, the French institute of chartered accountants. EZM CONSULTING carries all my advisory and outsourced CFO assignments.

Why two companies
Chartered accountancy is a regulated profession in France: bookkeeping, reviewing and drawing up accounts are entrusted to chartered accountants registered with the Ordre. That is what KOADVISE does.
Advisory and outsourced finance director services are different lines of work, with their own contractual framework. I carry them out through EZM CONSULTING.
Each assignment is covered by a contract with the company concerned: you always know who is acting, and under which framework. In both cases, you deal with the same person: me.
